Description

The classic paddle design of this KitchenAid Sugar/Frying/Jam Thermometer is ideal for making sweets, jam or tracking oil temperature when deep fat frying. The curved stainless steel body of this thermometer hugs the sides of cookware to make stirring easier for more evenly heated and consistent results.

The oversized stay-cool nylon handle ensures hands are kept away from hot liquids whilst the adjustable, silicone-coated clip will fit onto most cookware without scratching the surface.

Large, bold numbers (in Celsius and Fahrenheit) and range between 40°C to 200°C (100°F to 400°F). Key temperature ranges for various sugar stages are also printed on the paddle.

Allow this KitchenAid paddle thermometer to cool completely before wiping with a damp clothing and drying thoroughly.
