Description

Organic Red Quinoa Organic Red Quinoa is whole red quinoa grain with a mildly nutty taste and a satisfying texture that is light rather than stodgy. Cook it in the same way as white quinoa or rice: rinse the grains, then simmer in a covered pan until the water has been absorbed and leave to steam off the heat for a few minutes. The red grains hold their colour when cooked, which makes them a good choice for salads, grain bowls and stuffed vegetables, and they also work as a side dish with curries and stews or as an alternative to cous cous. Mix with white or black quinoa for a three-colour dish.Key points:Whole red quinoa grainMildly nutty tasteSatisfying texture, not stodgyFor salads, grain bowls, side dishes and stuffed vegetablesOrganic
