Created for intelligent drinkers who are curious and well versed to understand the complexity and where all aspects of the sensory experience may derive from.This English Single Malt from The Lakes has been matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla Sherry casks before being bottled in late 2021. Tasting notes include oak and incense, toasted rye bread, treacle and a hint of spice.The artwork has been created by Song Kang, a Korean-American illustrator renowned worldwide for her infinitely intricate environments. Chosen specifically for her style, these incredibly woven illustrations were ideal for Infinity's complex and mysterious whisky character.
