Pepper Kentucky Rye Whiskey, matured in American oak before being finished in Oloroso sherry seasoned casks.  Bottled as a 3 year old and at 50% abv, this was a release of 1622 bottles.Nose - Toasted oats, barley and sticky dates.Palate - A flood of sweetness, followed by cinnamon, cloves and warming spices.Finish - Spices fade away to a creamy, buttery flavour.
