Glendronach - Grandeur Batch 6 Highland Single Malt Scotch 24 year old Whisky Only 1180 bottles of batch 6 were released from one of the highlights of the new releases we get every year, The Grandeur series of Glendronach. Oloroso Sherry cask aged and bottled at 24 years old at 48.9%. Nose: Waxy orange rind, liquorice, angelica, coffee grounds, ginger cake, walnuts and some kirsch like notes. Palate: Treacle tart, roasted nuts (walnuts and pecans) spicy mocha, dates and prunes, orange oil, gingernut biscuits, anise and mince pies. Finish: Mixed peel, mincemeat, spicy nuts, treacle toffee, orange marmalade, angelica. An elegant and delicious small batch Glendronach in quite stunning wood presentation box with booklet & photograqphs. One for the wish list, christmas list or any list of must try whiskies. Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
