Hibiki - Harmony Suntory 100th Anniversary Edition Japanese Whisky

Introducing a centennial limited edition Hibiki, celebrating one hundred years of pursuing Harmony. Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a delicate blend of numerous malt and grain whiskies which are meticulously blended to create a full orchestra of flavours and aromas. Hibiki was launched to commemorate Suntory’s 90th Anniversary and ever since has been embraced as the paragon of Japanese Whisky. Hibiki is not only Japan’s most highly awarded blended whisky, but among the most prestigious and honoured whiskies in the world.

This limited-edition bottling pays tribute to House of Suntory’s unique design approach that brings “Monozukuri” craftsmanship to life and grounds it as part of Japanese culture. This same relentless pursuit for quality, ingenuity and expressiveness, has inspired the design of this centennial limited edition.

This bottle series is a celebration of Suntory’s milestone, the design features a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka – snow, moon and flowers to showcase the passing of seasons. The bridge is a connection to each of the four seasons connecting our past and future, in the hope that tradition and history won’t be forgotten, always to be respected as we look forward. The design wraps around the 24-faceted bottle - representing 24 hours in a day, with 24 seasons in a year.

Colour: Luminous Gold

Nose: Vibrant with top notes of sage, ripe green apple and hints of ripe pineapple

Palate: Complex smoke revealing layers of herbal, grapefruit and acacia honey notes

Finish: Clean smoke that lingers with undernotes of fresh green citrus
