Features of this wheelchair poncho include, an easy-to-use dual zipper puller meaning the cape can be zipped up by the user from the inside of the poncho as well out the outside. There are two hook and loop attachments on this cape that can be used to fasten the cape to the wheelchair in windy conditions to prevent the cape from blowing up. The cape also comes with a handy storage bag so when not in use it conveniently packs away.
