Preparation and Usage

Barbecue Instructions:1. Clear the grill grate and open BBQ vents. Build a small pile of charcoal in the centre and leave a little space underneath for airflow.2. Place 1-2 Firelighters in between the charcoal.3. Light the Firelighters and leave the lid open for a few minutes. Once the charcoal is catching, add a little more charcoal to build your fire.4. When the coals are glowing and starting to ash over (grey/white on the outside), spread them out evenly and fit the cooking grill. You're ready to cook.Stove/Open Fire Instructions1. Place 1-2 firelighters in the grate on top of a thin layer of fuel.2. Cover the firelighters with small pieces of fuel.3. Light the firelighters. Use half draught until the fuel is alight, then use full draught.
