Oven cook

Instructions: Handling information: Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw meat.Remove film and sauce sachet. Cover tray with tin foil.Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Gas mark 4. Place on a tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 15 minutes.Remove tray and pour the sauce over the chicken. Return to the oven for a further 13-15 minutes. Stir sauce before serving. Slight pinking of the chicken may occur due to the presence of nitrites in the bacon. These cooking instructions are a guideline only. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Do not reheat.

Storage

For use by date see front of pack. Keep refrigerated at 0°C - 3°C. Suitable for at home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product in a fridge before use.
