Preparation and Usage

Follow the preparation guidelines above.

Oven

Instructions: OVEN: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Chilled: 30-35 mins. Place the belly slices on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
