Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 45-65minsCooking Instructions: Remove beef from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting. Remove sachets and set aside until required. Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Brush a little oil onto the surface of the joint and sprinkle on the dry seasoning sachet provided. Brown on all sides in a hot pan. Place the joint on a roasting tray and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes for rare, 55 minutes for medium or 65 minutes for well done, basting occasionally during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving. To heat the sauce, empty contents into a small saucepan and gently heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not allow to boil. Pour sauce over the joint and serve.
