Microwave

Instructions: Power: High (800W)Time: 5 minsPierce the film at several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Microwave on full power for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Instructions are based on an 800W microwave oven. For lower wattage ovens, heating time should be increased.

Oven cook

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5Time: 15 - 20 minsPlace meal on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always by the use by date. Once frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use.Do not defrost in microwave. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Use by: see front of pack.
