Spain's most internationally celebrated wine region, Rioja stretches along the banks of the River Ebro in northern Spain. Renowned for wines of elegance, poise and exceptional ageing potential, its diverse soils and blend of traditional and modern practices allow winemakers to craft wines of remarkable range and character.

Vinification Details

Tempranillo grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness in the second half of September. A cold maceration of 48-72 hours extracts vibrant colour and fruity aromatics, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 21-23°C for 8-10 days. This wine is unoaked, preserving its fresh, fruit-forward character.

History

Founded in 2006, the winery is one of La Rioja's largest, set beside an ancient river bed with sweeping views of the Rioja Alavesa mountains. Its bold architecture — towering chimneys, steel canopies and a fir-wood barrel cellar — blends tradition with modernity. The Solís family works alongside over 1,000 family vine growers, farming around 3,500 hectares across La Rioja.
