Preparation and Usage

Preparation Instructions:- 1 x 20g cube = approx. 4 x tsp. of ginger & garlic.- 1 x tsp = approx. 2.5g of ginger / 2.5g of garlic.Adjust the number of cubes according to your recipe.Place desired number of cubes in a small bowl or on a plate & allow to defrost at room temperature for about 10-15 mins until soft.Once defrosted, they can be used for sauteing, stir fries, marinades, soups, stews & sauces & can be added directly to the pot & simmered along with the other ingredients.The heat will help them dissolve & distribute their flavour throughout the dish.Frozen ginger & garlic cubes may have a slightly milder flavour compared to fresh products. Adjust the amount of seasonings according to taste.Each cube can be used directly from frozen or allow to defrost prior to use.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours of defrosting. Best Before: see below.
