Oven

Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. Chicken Drumsticks 200°c/ Fan 180°c/ Gas 6 - 40-45 mins Carefully separate drumsticks before cooking if necessary. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Barbeque

Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking instructions above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Grill

Instructions: Beef Burgers Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Place on the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Sausages Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Place on a the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for for 18- 20 minutes. Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Cooking Precautions

Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
