Cooking Instructions

Instructions: To prepare...Your Chicken Goujons contain raw meat, please ensure that they are cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout.Tastiest when cooked from frozen in an air fryer.Alternatively, Oven bake from frozen- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C 14 mins- Place Goujons in the basket (max. 6 Chicken Goujons) and place in the air fryer.- Shake halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.- Stand for 1 minute.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 15 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.- Turn over halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18℃ or cooler.
