This picture was taken in 1951 and shows the first Turkey's raised by Catherine McCaghey for local supply. Today we now supply a wide range of Turkey products across Ireland, but still keeping tradition very much at the heart of our business.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packagingEnsure that the product is thoroughly cooked, no pink remains and the juices run clear.Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Mince: Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry gently over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven cook

Instructions: Joint/FilletPreheat oven to 170°C Fan / Electric 190°C / 375ºF / Gas Mark 5.Cover with tin foil and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 40 minutes per kg.Remove the tin foil and cook for a further 20-25 minutes

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°CKeep refrigerated below 5°C. Use by: See front of pack. Once opened consume within 24 hrs and by use by date. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator overnight before use. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
