Preparation and Usage

Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Rub or brush the steak with a little oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a dry frying pan until very hot and cook steak for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for following times: PAN FRY Rare: 1 min -1 min 30 secs each side. Medium: 2 mins -2 mins 30 secs each side. Well done: 3 mins each side.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
