Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 30 minsFor best results always cook from frozen. Place foil tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, separate the steaks, turn and return to the oven. Cook for a further 15 minutes. For a chargrilled barbecue effect cook as per guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes turning frequently.

Storage

Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler.Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
