Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 30 minsWrap the fish in lightly oiled foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Caution: Be careful of any steam when opening the foil parcel.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W 5 1/2 mins 900W 5 mins.Cook on full power for 2 1/2 minutes (800W)/ 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute then cook on full power for another 2 minutes (800W/900W).
