I started Charlie Bigham's with a simple ambition: to share my love of food and recipes discovered on my travels. Every dish is prepared in our kitchen in small batches, using the same fresh ingredients that I'd have in my own home, supplied by people we trust. Oven cook

Instructions: Elec 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 71 Pre-heat oven, remove film & place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 35 mins.2 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.Please do not grill.

Please keep flat & in the fridgeRefrigerate below 5°C. Best cooked from chilled. If freezing, do so before use by date and eat within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. For use by date, see top of pack.
