Preparation and Usage
Scrub gently and rinse well.
Hob
Place potatoes in a saucepan. Add just enough cold water to cover and add salt if desired. Cover with lid, bring to boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.
Steam
Place potatoes in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with lid and steam for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Once cooked, stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave
Place half the pack into a microwaveable container. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover and cook on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Chicken and Ayrshire New Potato Caesar Salad - Serves 4
Ingredients:
750g Ayrshire new potatoes
4 chicken breasts
1 courgette sliced
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 small ciabatta roll cut into small cubes
Dressing:
2 anchovies
2 garlic cloves peeled
5 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. semi-skimmed milk
40g grated Parmesan
Method:
1. Cook potatoes according to instructions.
2. Drain and halve if necessary.
3. Meanwhile, roast the chicken and courgette slices.
4. Drizzle with oil and season to taste.
5. Roast for 20 minutes then add the ciabatta cubes and cook for a further 5-10 minutes until the cubes are crisp and the chicken cooked through.
6. To make the dressing, place the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
7. Serve with Cos lettuce and top with extra Parmesan shavings.
