The Whisky Cellar

  1. Place 2 teaspoons maple syrup and 2 dashes of bitters in a short tumbler and add a couple of large ice cubes.
  2. Pour over 60ml Maker's Mark whisky and a splash of soda water, if desired. Stir, garnish with a clementine slice and Maraschino cherry to serve.
