- Cut and peel away the packaging from the top of a 70g Wicked Kitchen mint chocolate chip ice dream treat tub; slice off 2 x 2cm-thick rounds.
- Use a 6cm straight-edged cookie cutter to cut out 2 smaller circles. Press the trimmings back into the tub with the back of a spoon (use an elastic band to secure the lid).
- Place each of the ice dream rounds onto a Wicked Kitchen double trouble chocolate cookie, then sandwich with the remaining cookies to serve.
