- 60g caster sugar
- 850ml milk
- 100g classic 74% dark chocolate, chopped

Method
- Whisk the cocoa powder and caster sugar into 50ml milk until dissolved.
- Pour the remaining milk into a pan, add the chocolate mixture and bring to the boil.
- Chop the dark chocolate and place nearly all of it into a mug.
- Pour over the boiling milk and sprinkle with the leftover chocolate to serve.
