Liven up morning with this fruity 'nice cream' recipe. Blend strawberries and bananas with Greek yogurt then freeze to make an easy breakfast that tastes just like ice cream!

Ingredients
- 100g strawberries, hulled
- 1 banana, peeled
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 40ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- chopped fruit, to serve (optional)

Method
- Cut the strawberries in half and chop the banana. Spread out the fruit on a baking tray and freeze overnight.
- Put the frozen fruit in a food processor with the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
- Spoon the ‘nice cream’ into bowls and top with chopped fruit, if you like.
