Rosemary fries with garlic mayo

Ingredients

  • 900g bag frozen French fries
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 10g fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Put the French fries on a large baking tray and bake for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the lemon zest, garlic and a little black pepper; set aside.
  3. Mix the rosemary and salt together and then add to the fries, baking for a further 5 mins until golden. Serve with the garlic mayo for dipping.
