Rosemary fries with garlic mayo recipe

Ingredients
- 900g bag frozen French fries
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 10g fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tsp sea salt

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Put the French fries on a large baking tray and bake for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the lemon zest, garlic and a little black pepper; set aside.
- Mix the rosemary and salt together and then add to the fries, baking for a further 5 mins until golden. Serve with the garlic mayo for dipping.
