Ingredients
- 400g pack beef brisket in gravy
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red onion, finely sliced
- 100g lighter mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp English mustard powder
- 6-pack white batch rolls, halved
- 1 punnet salad cress

Method
- Cook the brisket in the microwave to pack instructions, then leave to stand for 2 mins before shredding the meat. Toss with the gravy.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the onion for 7-8 mins until soft.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard, then spread over the bottom halves of the buns. Add the brisket, onion and cress. Top with the bun lids to serve.
