Pear and elderflower martini

This is a delightful, summery and sophisticated cocktail, this martini is a medley of pear, elderflower and lemon. Do be careful though as it is all too easy to drink!

Ingredients

  • 50ml pear vodka (or normal vodka if not available)
  • 65ml pear juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp elderflower cordial
  • 1 pear, sliced, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour the pear vodka, pear juice, lemon juice and elderflower cordial into a cocktail shaker or large, lidded jar.
  2. Add a small handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into 2 martini glasses and serve each garnished with a pear slice.
