    Ingredients

    • 2 x 25g packs Sherbet Fountains
    • 4 tsp popping candy
    • red food colouring
    • blue food colouring
    • multi-coloured sprinkles
    • lollies, or liquorice

    Method

    1. In a small food processor, whizz the sherbet together with the popping candy. Divide between 2 small bowls and add a different food colouring to each. Whizz each batch again until the mixture takes on the colour. Stir in some multi-coloured sprinkles.
    2. Serve with lollies or liquorice for dipping.
