Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a 12 x 20cm microwave-proof container and stir together.
  2. Microwave on high for 4-5 mins until it feels firm to the touch. Allow to cool completely in the container, then use a spatula to remove and slice into 12 pieces.
  • Tip: The flapjacks will keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
