Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, halved and cut into ribbons
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • pinch caster sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
