Kofta pittas recipe

Kofta pittas

These kofta pittas are easy to cobble together and would make a nice addition to an impromptu picnic. Pre-cooked kofta takes any difficulty out of the equation while crunchy coleslaw, pomegranate and fresh mint bring the sandwich zinging to life.
