Leftover ham, lemon and mustard pasta salad

This pasta salad is great for a light lunch or buffet spread. Simply cook the pasta, and mix with sweetcorn, olives, tomatoes, basil and ham, then drizzle over the lemon dressing. It uses leftover ham, but if you'd like to make it from scratch, you'll need 200g (7oz) of cooked ham.

    2. Make the dressing by mixing together the lemon juice, mustard and oil in a small bowl. Season to taste.
