Cheese and pickle burgers recipe

Celebrate the classic pairing of cheese and pickle with this seriously stacked burger recipe. Ingredients
- 4 frozen beef quarter pounders
- 4 slices mature Cheddar
- 4 soft white rolls, halved
- 4 tsp English mustard
- 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 beef tomatoes
- ½ large red onion, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise

Method
- Cook the burgers to pack instructions, topping each with a slice of Cheddar for the final 2-3 mins to melt.
- Meanwhile, toast the halved rolls. Spread 1 tsp mustard onto the base of each bun, then top each with 2 lettuce leaves, the cooked burger patty and slices of tomato.
- Add the onion and ½ tbsp sweet pickle to the burgers. Spread each bun top with ½ tbsp mayonnaise and sandwich on top of the burgers to serve.
