Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
  • 50g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices wholemeal bread, or about 240g (7 1/2oz)

Method
