Brie-L-T burger recipe

Turn your favourite sandwich into a burger. Creamy brie melts onto juicy quarter pounder burgers for a simple but satisfying dish. Serve in a soft brioche bun the tuck in!

Ingredients
- 454g pack 4 quarter pounder burgers
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices (100g) British Brie
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 tbsp lighter than light mayonnaise
- 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 large vine tomato, sliced

Method
- Heat a griddle pan or barbecue until hot.
- Brush both sides of the burgers with the vegetable oil, then griddle or barbecue for 6-8 mins each side until cooked through, topping each burger with a slice of Brie for the final 2 mins to allow it to melt. Set aside to rest for 5 mins, covered with foil.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns.
- Smooth the mayonnaise on the cut sides of each bun, then top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and the burgers. Place the lid on and serve immediately.
