Blueberry dip recipe

This colourful blueberry dip makes a great snack or dessert for kids. What could be better than some fresh strawberries dunked in a fruity dip as a sweet treat?

Ingredients
- 125g (4oz) blueberries
- 75g caster sugar
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 100g soft cheese
- lemon juice, to taste
- strawberries, for dunking

Method
- Put the blueberries, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan with 1 tbsp of water. Cook over a gentle heat for 5 minutes, until the blueberries start to break down and the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool.
- Put the soft cheese into a small blender and whizz until smooth. Add the blueberry mixture and pulse until smooth. Serve with strawberries for dunking. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
