Banana and blueberry chia pots recipe

These fruity pots are great for making ahead of time and having in the fridge ready for breakfast for your little one. They're suitable from the 12+ months weaning stage*, but kids and adults of all ages will enjoy them!

- Takes 5 mins plus overnight resting

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 320ml whole milk (or your baby’s usual milk)
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- ½ small lime, finely zested
- 80g blueberries, lightly crushed with a fork
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut, to serve

Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl, then cover and chill in the fridge for 2 hrs minimum but overnight is best.
- Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut to serve.
