Bacon and spinach spaghetti recipe

Whip up this speedy spaghetti dish in under 15 minutes! Crispy bacon and fresh spinach are mixed into a creamy sauce. Top with Cheddar cheese and some black pepper. This is one the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 250g smoked bacon, cut into small pieces
- 250g baby spinach
- 300ml half fat crème fraîche
- 10g fresh chives, snipped (or other soft herbs, finely chopped)
- 75g Cheddar, grated

Method
- Cook the pasta to pack instructions in salted water.
- Meanwhile, heat a large, deep frying pan and tip in the bacon. Cook until crunchy and golden.
- Two minutes before the pasta is finished cooking, add the spinach leaves to the pan.
- Drain the spinach and pasta, then mix with the bacon, crème fraîche, chives and cheese, along with some black pepper.
