    Method

    1. Preheat the air-fryer to 200C.
    2. Cut the baguettes into thin slices and drizzle over a little oil. Toast in the air fryer for 1-2mins, until the edges have browned and crisped. Tip out of the air-fryer onto a serving board.
    3. Unwrap the brie or camembert and put either into a small heatproof dish that fits in your air-fryer or back in the wooden box the cheese was packaged in. Lightly score the top of the cheese in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife.
    4. Cook in the air-fryer for 5 mins, the edges should be golden brown. Carefully lift the cheese out of the air-fryer and top with the walnut pieces.
    5. Spoon over the chutney or glaze, covering the nuts. Lift back into the air-fryer and cook for another 2-5 mins, checking regularly, until the chutney is runny and the nuts at the edges are toasted and browned.
    6. Let stand for 2 mins before serving with the crisp baguettes, you may need to scoop out the first bite with a spoon so that the panettone can get to the melty cheese centre.
    • Tip: This is best served while warm and runny and ready in under 15 mins, so be sure to wait until your guests have arrived before preheating the air-fryer.
