Not happy with something in your order?
Just hand it back to your delivery driver or Click+Collect colleague and we’ll arrange a refund to your payment card.
Our colleagues aim to pick the freshest items with the longest expiry dates, but if you’re not happy with the quality of your fresh food or flowers, our Freshness Guarantee means you can hand it back to your delivery driver or Click+Collect colleague.
Need to return something after your delivery or Click+Collect time?
Take it to any Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore (our larger stores) with your delivery note or confirmation email for a refund or replacement.
Please note: we don’t accept returns for chilled or frozen products if you change your mind after your delivery or Click+Collect time. But other perishable foods can be returned if still in date.
For hygiene reasons, some items like toothbrushes can’t be returned.
Whoosh
If you received a Whoosh delivery, you can’t hand unwanted products back to the driver. Please accept the delivery and call 0800 323 4040 to arrange a refund.
