My Clubcard coupons aren't working

Check your Clubcard account in the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or at Tesco.com to see if your Clubcard coupons have expired, or have been redeemed. Check the terms and conditions to see if you're using the coupon correctly. Some can only be redeemed online or in-store. If you're still having trouble, contact us.
