• Procter & Gamble UK, (The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0XP)

• For every 2 nominated products* purchased in 1 transaction, in participating UK Tesco stores, on Tesco.com or on the Tesco app during the campaign term, 1 promoter will donate 1 hygiene product** to In Kind Direct. This will be calculated at the end of the campaign. Products donated will include the nominated products or equivalent product. .

Maximum donation volume is 1.6 million product donation units across all promoters.

In Kind Direct is a registered charity in England and Wales no 1052679.

The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

• Haleon PLC will donate 1 x 50ml tube of toothpaste, 1 x 75ml tube of toothpaste, 1 x 100ml tube of toothpaste or 1 toothbrush product (specific products to be determined by Haleon based on stock availability at time of donating)

• Unilever UK Limited will donate 1 product in any format chosen by Unilever at its discretion from any brand within its Beauty & Wellness, Personal Care and Homecare ranges.

• Essity UK Limited will donate 1 consumer unit (10 pads) of either a Bodyform Ultra Towel or Bodyform Maxi Towel

• Edgewell Personal Care Limited will donate 1 shaving product for example a pack of razors, blades or shaving cream

• Procter & Gamble will donate one pack of Pampers nappies or wipes, with up-to 80% of the total final donations, nappies
