Book your Christmas slot
Choose a slot for 20–24 December (subject to availability). From 6am, 4 November, Anytime Delivery Saver customers can book any available delivery or collection slot. Plus, Click+Collect Delivery Saver customers can book any available collection slot. All other customers can book a slot from 6am on 11 November.
Start shopping and secure your slot
Add your Festive Food to Order products to your basket. To secure your Christmas slot, check out within 2 hours, with at least 1 item. You can add or amend Festive Food to Order items until 11.45pm on 14 December. You can also shop regular products which aren't part of Festive Food to Order. You'll have until 11.45pm on the night before your slot to make amends to regular products in your basket.

What is Tesco Festive Food to Order?
Our Festive Food to Order range is a special selection of Christmas food, mostly featuring ready-prepared Tesco Finest products. The range is available to pre-order online, to be delivered or collected during the few days before Christmas Day.
How do I pre-order products in the Festive Food to Order range?
To order from this range, you need to have a slot booked between 20–24 December, or 21–24 December in Northern Ireland. (24 December is available in the majority of stores.) To secure your slot, check out within 2 hours of booking it. Then, you can start adding Festive Food to Order items to your basket. Please remember to check out every time to save your changes.
When is Tesco Festive Food to Order available?
Festive Food to Order is available to add to baskets from 6am, 4 November for Anytime and Click+Collect Delivery Saver customers. All other customers can order from 6am on 11 November. Festive Food to Order closes at 11.45pm on 14 December.
Why are the Festive Food to Order items I pre-ordered now showing as unavailable?
After the checkout deadline on 14 December, Festive Food to Order products will show as unavailable online. As long as you've checked out the items in your basket by 11.45pm, 14 December, your Festive Food to Order products will be reserved for you.
Can I amend my Festive Food to Order basket?
You can amend the items in your basket up until the deadline before your delivery or collection. When you amend your basket, your Festive Food to Order products will stay in your basket unless you remove them. Please remember to check out every time to save your changes.
How do I know which products are in the Festive Food to Order range?
All the products in the range have a label that says, 'Part of the Festive Food to Order range'.
Why are some of the Festive Food to Order products already unavailable?
Our Festive Food to Order range is extremely popular, it's available until 14 December, while stocks last. If the product you would like is unavailable, check out our other delicious Christmas food ranges.
How long will my Festive Food to Order products last?
All Festive Food to Order products are fresh. When you're browsing the range, you'll see a freshness label in the images of each product. The label will tell you how long it should last if it's stored properly, such as '4+ days' or 'lasts until 26 December'. You might want to consider how long the products will last when planning your Christmas menu.
