I mix crushed roasted garlic and chestnuts with fried onions, garlic and soft herbs, then add equal quantities of pork mince and pork stuffing mix. You can’t make everything from scratch though, so regardless of how you will be celebrating this year, we’ve got you covered, with loads of really special Christmas dishes to help you enjoy the season.
