Rub the mix (reserving some) over a whole chicken,2)Place a halved lemon inside and roast.3) Boil 675g of Maris Piper potatoes for 8-10 min, then drain.4) After 45 min, arrange potatoes around chicken, sprinkle with the remaining seasoning and roast for a further 45 min.5) Rest the chicken and roast the potatoes at 200°C until golden. 6) Serve with a simple butter sauce and chopped parsley.Loved this?
