McConnell’s Cognac Cask Finish marks the final release in the brand's 5 Year Old Series. This exceptional whiskey is a refined blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whiskeys. Aged for five years and initially matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, it is then carefully finished in select Cognac casks, handpicked by Master Distiller Graeme Millar.

Nose: Macerated orange peel, ripe banana, and vanilla.

Palate: Candied lemons, icing sugar, flame raisins, blonde chocolate, and dried pineapple.

Finish: Lingering ginger spice.
