Matured for 11 years in a sweet hogshead, Auld Goonsy says that this Speyside malt is like walking in a flower meadow, smells like spring has sprung with a sweet and fruity treat.

Nose: caramel, chocolate shortcake.

Palate: toffee, fruit salad, honey, creamy sweetness.

Finish: sweet, slightly nutty, cinnamon.
