Proper Pink Gin (That Boutique-y Gin Company) Lovingly produced, at some point, variations on pink gin started to pop up, many of them based around the addition of berries, imparting heavy sweetness as well as the eponymous pink hue. Back in the day, pink gin used to be a tipple concocted using gin and Angostura Bitters. That Boutique-y Gin Company is kicking it old school with Proper Pink Gin, blending terrific gin and Angostura Bitters to create the classic tipple. The label features a leading expert (he even has a badge that says it, so it has to be true), aptly blowing a raspberry. They've even created a little video advising you on what a pink gin should be (see below).
